Course Description

Let an experienced facilitator walk you through the steps required for a successful PMP exam application. The Project Management Institute has recently made the application process much more rigorous than it had been in the past, and, in our experience, this is one of the major hurdles to success.

Topics covered in this one-hour workshop of the PMP Proficiency Program™ include the following:

• Understanding the application process

• PMP exam eligibility criteria

• Gathering and compiling the necessary information

• Getting in touch with ex-colleagues

• Creating a project-based resume

• Filling out and submitting the application form

• Registering for the exam

• What if your application is audited
